Tuesday 14 July is a New Moon in Cancer.  As Cancer energy is family and home-loving, you might be feeling a preference for staying indoors and tending to your houseplants. Emotions may be up and down, and it may be wise to create a little emotional distance to avoid overthinking situations. You might focus on creating harmony and belonging in your world, as your capacity to manifest a rich emotional landscape is heightened at this time.

New Moon energy brings beginnings, exploration of the unseen, and turning dreams into reality.
You could set intentions for new projects or set fresh intentions for the continuation of a longer-term goal.

You could ask yourself: What do I really need? Where am I stuck? What do I most want to bring forward in my life right now? How do I want to be in my relationships, and with myself?

Now, here are your enchanting messages.

Left Card: Five of Coins (Pentacles) – loss, struggle, suffer, insecurity, scarcity, outside, abuse, exclude, rejection, illness, adversity

The energy here is an awareness that sometimes there’s scarcity, and sometimes there’s abundance. Rather than judge yourself for your adversity, seek grace and compassion to share where possible. Don’t dwell on your insecurity, as the Wheel of Fortune always turns; your circumstances can change again, and you will have the opportunity to learn from mistakes and move forward. Difficulty may be familiar, yet forward movement requires fearlessness; which will you choose?

Middle Card: Five of Cups (again) – sorrow, loss, regret, misery, denial, defeat, depart, demise, release, mourn, low

The energy here is of sorrow and mourning what has been lost. Take the time to feel, reflect and release your loss, knowing that your connection to the Divine is intact and you can begin to focus on the blessings still within your reach.

Right Card: Ace of Wands – beginning, conceive, vigour, creation, initiative, promise, potential, inspiration, ignite, zest

The energy here is of warmth, promise, positivity and a call to inspired action! If you’ve conceived an idea, don’t wait for permission to enact it. Rather, put all your will and wish behind your project and success will be forthcoming. What are you going to use this vital force to create?

It feels like you’ve been stuck in a difficult situation for quite some time, and understandably it’s been difficult to imagine yourself beyond it. You’re not being asked to bypass your grief, but staying stuck in a pessimistic state will not help your healing, and neither will self-judgement or self-sabotage. The cards show that you have an opportunity to leap, and your courage is beckoning you to take action now. It’s time!
