Jo Avalon’s Full Moon Guidance – 29 Jul 2026

Hello from Lake Macquarie💙,

Today, I pulled out three cards from ‘The Everyday Enchantment Tarot’ to share with you. Which one feels like the enchanting message you need right now? Choose left, middle or right, and scroll down to receive your guidance for this moon phase.

Wednesday 29 July is a Full Moon in Aquarius.  The energy of Aquarius is one of emotional freedom and not feeling that you have to be part of a crowd to be accepted. Accept yourself as you are right now, and don’t allow negative emotions such as fear and comparison to others to cloud your judgement or block your own way forward.

The energy of the Full Moon encourages you to release control of your intention so that what you have contributed towards its manifestation has the opportunity to blossom. It is a time of heightened intuition, and you can use this time to tune into the bigger picture and see what needs to be done next.

You could ask yourself: What else can I do to further my goals? What fears and negative emotions do I need to release to enable me to move forward? Where would forgiveness for these emotions help me?

Now, here are your enchanting messages.

Left Card: Temperance – combine, integrate, consolidate, moderate, centre, synthesis, health, healing, harmony, calm

The energy here offers an opportunity to bring all the parts of yourself together in a more unified whole. When you hide the aspects you consider dark and unlovable, you limit the expression of your true Self. Softening some of your harder opinions can help you work more easily with others, creating a stronger collective force for positive change. Consider how connection can sit alongside rebellion – you may discover a new and unexpected form of acceptance.

Middle Card: Four of Cups – narcissism, lassitude, reverie, surrender, withdraw, contemplate, meditate, disengage, jaded

The energy here asks you to be honest about whether you’re meditating, withdrawing due to boredom or depression, or obstinately ignoring your thoughtful friend. Withdrawal to gain new perspective is helpful; sulking to punish another is not. Are your emotional cups empty because of genuine hurt or careless spillage? Don’t spend too long here, lest the opportunities awaiting you move on to another, more receptive, recipient.

Right Card: The World – fulfil, accomplish, integrate, complete, connect, commune, converge, concur, wholeness, joy

The energy here is one of fulfilment and completion and an opportunity to pause, to reflect, to understand, to integrate and, importantly, to celebrate. Zoom out from your close-up vision to see how your efforts fit into the bigger picture. Connect with other like-purposed souls to share perspectives and deepen your understanding and empathy.

All Three Cards:

The energy of all three cards invites you to gather all parts of yourself into a more unified whole, softening the aspects you hide or hold too tightly so you can connect and collaborate with greater ease. Be honest about whether you’re genuinely seeking perspective or simply withdrawing out of hurt or stubbornness, and notice whether your emotional emptiness comes from true pain or from careless spillage. Don’t linger too long in isolation — opportunities prefer a receptive heart. As this cycle reaches a fulfilling completion, take a moment to pause, reflect, integrate, and celebrate. Zoom out to see the bigger picture and connect with like‑purposed souls to deepen understanding, empathy, and shared momentum.
