Jo Avalon’s Saturday Oracle (delivered on Sunday)

I hope you have been doing something enjoyable today and are ready for this Saturday’s Oracle Inspiration. I spent the day yesterday at a book signing event in Newcastle – that was a lot of fun, I managed to get out with only 2 physical books but I do have a lot of authors to check out on Amazon’s ebooks lol! Last night was a trip to the city to share in 50th birthday celebrations of an old friend – it was a lovely, gentle dinner and catch up. A bit of washing, weeding and path sweeping here at home today, and now I am ready to write this post to you. So, let’s get into today’s cards!

Current Moon Phase: A ‘Full Moon in Pisces’

  • The full moon has the energy of endings and new beginnings.
  • Pisces lends the energy of resting, honouring emotions and gaining clarity on your path forward.
  • Change – transformation – shifts – upgrades

So, why not take a minute to settle, centre, and take a deep breath – ask, ‘which card holds an inspirational message for me?’ and choose your card from today’s Oracle offering, either Left, Middle, or Right. As always, the reveal is further down this post – enjoy!

Since our ‘Your Soul Expo’ is almost upon us, I am thinking about organising one in the Lake Macquarie region next year – if this is something that interests you, please email me back and let me know :).

Now, are you ready for your message?……Today’s cards are from Tarot Avatara deck by Gabi Angus-West. You can check out her deck at www.tarotavatara.com

Resisting the urge to look at these cards as a three-card reading on current events lol, here we are…….

The Left card is The King of Swords

The King represents the pinnacle of the Intellect, Wisdom, and a fight for the Truth. The King shows that you, or someone important to you, are experiencing a build up of energy created by working very hard towards an important goal. It’s taken all of your mental focus, (almost single-mindedness), research and experience to bring it to this point. It would be really tempting to pull rank and make demands that the other parties involved fall into line with your point of view, but, try to resist as it will be more beneficial to bring them along with you rather than sit resentfully in the corner. Take a moment to look around you and ensure that everything has been addressed and included as best as possible. It will be worth it to you.

The Middle card is Adjustment

To achieve Justice or Balance, regular Adjustment is required – maintain your code of ethics, operate from your higher self, evaluate and adjust actions as necessary, acknowledge your own mistakes as well and don’t get bogged down in the past. If you can make room, there will be room enough.

The Right card is The Wheel

Seen as a fortunate card, The Wheel indicates a change in fortunes in your favour, so try to allow events to unfold without being caught up in the ups and downs, or the machinations if they are not hugely relevant to you. Remain centred in order to roll with the ever-turning wheel. It occurs to me that this is also a good anti-gossip message – if you’re not in the story, the story has nothing to do with you.

I hope you find these tarot messages are inspirational to you today, I do enjoy preparing them for you – leave a comment below if you like, I’d love to hear from you. If I have sent you here from Facebook or Instagram and you would rather receive the Saturday Afternoon Oracle directly into your inbox, then please sign up for a newsletter at the right of this page.
