Hello 😊 I’m in Naarm/Melbourne this weekend for the Mind Body Spirit Festival and I turned on my Libro.fm audiobook to keep me company on the long drive here – it’s Kate Forsyth’s The Blue Rose, set in Louis XVI’s France, a tale of forbidden love and and creation of beautiful gardens. You can find quite a range of audiobooks including new releases too. The other photo I’m sharing here is the sunset in Silverton when I joined a friend for her evening walk with her dog a couple of weeks ago. It was something I had wanted to do for ages but wouldn’t have done it alone, so it was great to be out in company ihe wide open space and to experience the changing colours of the sky without town lights etc. As it was late when I returned to Broken Hill, I took the Silverton Rd very slowly and saw roos, emus, and a sheep either race across the road or stare at me as I drove carefully by 😅.
